This beginners course introduces you to the basics of yoga.
The poses and alignment are covered in detail enabling you to attend any further drop in sessions with ease.

We go through the poses slowly holding them for longer, the class will be adapted to meet your needs and within 4 weeks you should see and feel a big difference in your flexibility and strength

£48 for 6 week block - no classes can be carried over but can be changed to the Monday in the same six week block

Level: Beginner

Heidi – 25 years’ yoga experience, certified advanced ashtanga teacher, specialist in beginners yoga

international gong & sound healing practitioner, and training provider.
